Pennsylvania / Keystone Region
A "Keystone Region" typically refers to the state of Pennsylvania, particularly in the context of sports or regional organizations, as Pennsylvania is nicknamed the "Keystone State" due to its central geographic position within the original 13 colonies, similar to how a keystone holds an arch together; hence, "Keystone Region" often signifies an area encompassing the whole state of Pennsylvania.
